Warranty: 

 

SAL Fine Jewelry provides this as a warranty that all Jewelry pieces marked by SAL’s logo on each piece are made of 18k gold and diamonds.

This warranty covers manufacturers defects in material or workmanship within one month, but it does not cover neglect or abuse.

This includes the client paying for any normal repairs required due to wear, damage, or abuse.

SAL Fine Jewelry Warranty does NOT cover the following items: Any damage to your jewelry purchase due to negligence or abuse.

(The jewelry was neglected and abused and the warranty becomes void.

For example, missing diamonds, broken chains, etc.) However, we do offer all kind of repairs with an amount determined after inspecting the piece.

SAL Fine Jewelry necklaces are engineered with flexibility in the design that allows clients to wear in more ways than one.

Due to the sophisticated mechanism, the client must secure the locks on necklaces while wearing to make sure not to miss any pieces.

If any defects in material, the client must contact the office within the first week to replace or repair any defects.

If not, the client will pay for any missing pieces due to neglect.

Repair: 

 

Does my SAL Jewelry have a warranty / guarantee? 

SAL will repair or replace manufacturing faults free of charge within one week of date of purchase for gold jewelry. 

What do I do if my SAL Jewelry is lost or stolen? 

The warranty does not entitle you to replacements or refunds for lost or stolen items.

My SAL Jewelry is damaged. What should I do?

 We politely request that faulty or damaged items are returned to a retailer to be sent to our Repairs and Services Department for assessment.

The store will be able to keep you up to date with the progress of your repair/replacement and the item will be returned to the store when the assessment/repair is complete

Can my SAL Jewelry be repaired? 

This depends on the work required and will be evaluated on assessment.

We offer a repairs service , charges must be paid to a SAL retailer. In some circumstances it may not be possible to repair the damage caused.
